Implemented in Senegal universities, there are no traditional teachers at the 'grow academy', but only mentors, inspirational speakers, and an effective peer-to-peer community.

The 'grow academy' is a practical and intensive certified live and online program developed to provide social young women entrepreneurs with an understanding of the social, technological, economic and environmental aspects of global business, as well as the skills to put their vision into action.

Every semester, 100 west African young women applicants will receive a full grow academy scholarship to create social scalable solutions, enterprises & online courses.
