Building on its 95% alumni reinvestment success rate of its sports for social leadership programs, Giving Back launches with Grow Academy an all 18-25 years old female social entrepreneurship program where mentees become problem solvers, social businesswomen, alumni mentors, academic content creators and investors.
Every semester, 100 west African young women applicants will receive a full grow academy scholarship to create social scalable solutions, enterprises & online curriculums.
The innovative learning problem solving methods allow to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Case studies, coding & programming, business modeling, inspirational speakers and open online videos, problem solving sessions, sports activities, peer-to-peer learning and role-play enable participants to simulate real life situations and create social solutions & initiatives.
Implemented in Senegal universities, there is no traditional teachers at the Grow Academy, but only mentors, inspirational speakers and an effective peer-to-peer community.

In 2015, Giving Back has found better solutions for its strategic planning and to implement effective operational tools in the organization. The first order of business was to integrate a Social Fund within the organization that will help reorganize its dynamic and innovative ecosystem. Its goal is to contribute to poverty ending fight, with a set 2030 the Millennium Development Goals. In order to increase the impact of such measures, the focus will be on a limited number of priorities:

The priority areas and criteria for executing and/or funding actions are set out every five years in our strategic work plan.
How we scale our impact
1. We partner with social and/or humanitarian organizations. We direct-solicit local organizations having impact in their communities.
2. We engage our goodwill ambassadors, volunteers ,public and private partners, local and international medias, Our goal is to bring structural, marketing and financial resources, media exposure and advocacy to the organizations that will allow them to reach their goals and objectives.
3. We monitor the resources brought to the partnered organizations to evaluate their social impact in order to improve their results, Our goal is to help these organizations
